1. Membership Agreement

By joining IMIA, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are a professional or aspiring professional in the music industry. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2. Certification & Awards

IMIA certifications are based on data provided by members. We reserve the right to audit any stream or sales data submitted for certification. Falsifying data will result in immediate termination of membership and revocation of all awards without refund.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the IMIA platform, including logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of IMIA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for professional networking and recognition purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

IMIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
